SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Firebrand for staffing purposes, we will send text messages related to freelance or staff assignments, scheduling, and similar operational topics. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you receive our messages. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and you will no longer receive staffing SMS from that program unless you opt in again. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of employment or of being considered for paid work.

How you opt in: you can sign up for staffing text messages by completing our online freelance crew sign-up form and ticking the optional SMS consent box. Ticking the box is voluntary; you can submit the form without it.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business (for example messaging, hosting, or payroll tools), with clients or venues only as needed to staff a specific event you are assigned to, or when required by law.
